Effanbee 9 inch hard plastic Springtime Patsyette doll from 2008 has brown hair with bangs and painted side-glancing blue eyes. She was originally sculpted by the renowned artist, Bernard Lipfert, in 1931 as Patsy's little sister. She has a pensive-type of expressive face. Robert Tonner has sculpted her to allow for rooted saran hair. She is a strung doll with a moving neck, arms, and legs. She is wearing a yellow floral cotton dress with a front pleat and blue ribbon and rick-rack trim; includes white panties, white knit socks, blue leather-like Mary Jane shoes, and matching blue hair ribbon. Limited edition of 500. New and mint-in-the-box.
