Effanbee 2013 10 inch hard plastic and vinyl Little Country Girl Patsy doll, No. E13PTDD05, has a non-removable chestnut wig styled in long curly double ponytails with red bows and hazel (brown) inset eyes with applied lashes, bisque skin-tone, and a bend knee child's body that is the same size as the Ann Estelle dolls. She is wearing a blue and white check dress with a red ribbon bow at the collar and white organza overskirt; a white petticoat with cotton lace trim; white stretch knit tights; and red imitation leather shoes.
