Johnny Gruelle's Hardcover Book, Raggedy Ann and Andy and the Camel with the Wrinkled Knees, was Written and Illustrated by Johnny Gruelle. The book is the 1960 printing, copyrighted in 1924, 1951. Bobbs-Merrill and Company is the publisher. This book is complete with its original color and black-and-white drawings, and it has 95 pages. This book has stories of the Raggedy dolls, the toys, and the beloved soft camel in Marcella's nursery. The camel is made of flannel and stuffed with sawdust and has been played with so much that he can't straighten his legs. The dolls and toys come to life whenever Marcella and her family are away or asleep. Exceptionally Good condition except for the name of a former little owner and a number written on the inside front cover area, and some wear on edges. Tightly bound, has all pages in excellent condition.
