Effanbee 2010 9 inch hard plastic Centennial Rose Patsyette doll has pale blonde hair with bangs and painted forward-glancing blue eyes. She was originally sculpted by the renowned artist Bernard Lipfert in 1931 as Patsy's little sister. She has a pensive-type of expressive face. Robert Tonner has resculpted her to allow for rooted saran hair. She is a strung doll with a moving neck, arms, and legs. She is wearing soft deep pink shantung dress with delicate white lace trim and imitation rose accents, matching pink ribbon headband, panties, white socks, and black leather-like Mary Jane shoes. Limited edition of 300. New and mint-in-the-box.
