PayPal non-echeck payments clear almost immediately for fastest shipping. *As of June 2, 2015, forms for orders placed on mobile devices have not been going through although PayPal payments have been going through without any documentation of the item ordered. Ty Bernie, No. 4109, is a tan and white St. Bernard Puppy beanie baby. His date of birth is October 3, 1996. Bernie was issued in January, 1997, and retired in September, 1998. The verse on Bernie's tag says: 'This little dog can't wait to grow, To rescue people lost in the snow. Don't let him out-keep him on your shelf; He doesn't know how to rescue himself!' This beanie puppy is new, mint old stock with tag and has not been exposed to smoke odors or animals.
