2007 Effanbee Elegant Evening Fashion Toni Doll, No. E7-FTDD-03 is a 13 inch all vinyl doll, jointed at the ankle, hip, shoulder and neck; she is a strung doll with rooted brunette hair that is put up with bangs and blue sleep eyes. She was inspired by the American Character 1950s 13.5 inch vinyl fashion doll that was originally named 'Sweet Sue Sophisticate' and later became Toni. Robert Tonner has re-worked the sculpt to add updated features to one of his favorite vintage dolls. She is wearing a long yellow tulle ball gown with rhinestone trim and 6 tiers; pale yellow wrap, rhinestone tiara, rhinestone necklace, rhinestone earrings, long white gloves, sheer hose and white high heel shoes with rhinestones. Limited edition of 500. New, mint-in-the-box.
