PayPal non-echeck payments clear almost immediately for fastest shipping. *As of June 2, 2015, forms for orders placed on mobile devices have not been going through although PayPal payments have been going through without any documentation of the item ordered. Precious Moments Inc. 2011-2015 All Vinyl 9 inch Elin of Holland doll, No. 2183, is from the Children of the World collection and designed by Linda Rick of The Doll Maker. She has looped pale blonde braids tied with blue ribbons, blue teardrop-shaped eyes, and a smiling face. She is wearing a Dutch ensemble of a blue dress with a blue and white floral print overskirt, trimmed with white lace, blue geometric braid, and a flower applique, a white lace cap, white socks, and white shoes. New and mint with tag and a gift box.
