PayPal non-echeck payments clear almost immediately for fastest shipping. *As of June 2, 2015, forms for orders placed on mobile devices have not been going through although PayPal payments have been going through without any documentation of the item ordered. 1989 Effanbee 9 inch Li'l Innocents soft vinyl doll in the international costume of Italy, has brunette rooted hair, and moving vinyl brown eyes. She is wearing her Italian national costume including a red skirt with green and yellow braid trim, a white blouse, a white apron, a white scarf, a black velvet belt with red ribbon, and black shoes. Effanbee is not currently making dolls with this sweet mold. Doll comes with a plastic stand. New and mint-in-the-box.
